Life means transitions. Midlife. Retirement. Career Change. The "Third Age". Graduation.

What stage of transition are you in?

These stages of transition are predictable but usually not so linear…

Phase one: Recognition. Though there is some comfort with the status quo, you feel uncertain, restless, stuck, or unhappy. You may not know what, but something needs to give. OR—reality has just told you things are going to change—like it or not!

Phase two: Mulling Things Over. You begin. You reflect. You explore. You talk, get info, and do research. You try on new ideas and try out new behaviors. You begin to "get" the next phase. Your new ideas pull you forward.

Phase three: Clarity. Your new direction comes into focus. The pieces start to fit together. You move forward with more certainty and confidence.

Phase four: Arrival. You reach your new "place", feeling confident and energized. You celebrate.

Coaching makes transitions easier, faster, and lots more fun.
As a coach, I work with you to help you find and keep your eye on the prize. I help you recognize your unique abilities, values, and priorities—what you care deeply about and what you have to offer. It’s my job to keep those things front and center for you. When that happens, you’ll get out of your way. Your thinking will expand, new possibilities will present themselves to you, and you’ll use them to design your future.

When working with Connie, one very powerful feeling came across: I felt she truly cared about me and my well being. She was not an outsider helping but really a partner with me -- understanding, suggesting, challenging and supporting me in achieving what I wanted.
