Who benefits from coaching?
Almost anyone can. People in transitions—life stage, career, relationship. People with big decisions to make who feel stuck, uncertain, ambivalent. People striving to make the most of a new position, a project, a new venture.

Why does coaching work?
It gets you off the busy-life treadmill that so you can consciously focus on what is truly important to you—what you want to achieve and who you want to be. It promotes out-of-the box thinking and opens your eyes to new possibilities. It shrinks doubt and confusion. In doing so, it brings the clarity and energy you need to make the changes you want.

How does coaching work?
Coaching occurs primarily during weekly telephone calls, though in-person appointments are available for local clients. Coaching is perfect for busy and/or mobile lifestyles.

How does coaching differ from therapy?
Therapy deals with the past, with persistent symptoms or repetitive kinds of "stuck" behavior. Coaching focuses on strengths and abilities, on making good choices for yourself, and designing a future that reflects the best of who you are.

"The best way to predict your future is to create it" ~Peter Drucker

I can count on Connie for honesty, clear-headedness, and a perspective that I may not be able to see. Also, that she is on my side - without being a mindless cheerleader or "yes-man".

~Lawyer, New York

She’s probed patiently to help me discover what truly makes me happy. Then she gave me the gifts of confidence, conviction and courage to step into unknown territory and make it all happen. What’s best is that I know this can happen again and again as life changes. These are life-skills she’s taught me. I know this works because she genuinely cares what happens to me, and that to her I matter.

~Business Owner, Massachusetts
