Meet Connie

My Credentials and Experience
I received my B.A. from Mt. Holyoke College and my M.S. from Columbia University School of Social Work and trained as a coach at both Coaches Training Institute and Coach University in 1998-99. I also completed the advanced training program in Relationshp Coaching at the Coaches Training Institute. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and its local New England Chapter.

I have more than 25 years experience working as a practitioner, educator, and consultant in the fields of mental health and personal development.

My Coaching Approach
I see myself as a catalyst, the "something-added" that makes things happen for my clients. I’m a sounding board, a mirror, a friend, an advisor, an impartial but caring "life consultant" with some great coaching tools. I help my clients figure out what really matters in their lives, and explore their abilitiies and options—some of which they may not realize they have. They get results. It’s fun—and energizing. For both of us.

"The biggest coaching assistance Connie gave me at the beginning was helping me to decide not to make any decisions for a a few months. She helped me tune in to myself during that period, to better understand what engaged me and what felt flat, in all areas of my life. That time was so enlightening! "
